Liz's Journal  so i know i updated like 5 minutes ago...but I am that bored. is it actually possible that choate starts TUESDAY and i am going to be there for 4 weeks before I can come back home again? ohhh man this is bad...... is PSYCHO because i overuse it so much...thats because my mom is a PSYCHO and she is a control freak. I have decided that SATs are seriously a waste of my life. I am not going to get into college anyway, so why make it even worse by pretending that doing one every single day is going to help? If you haven't gotten into the SAT thing yet, boy do you have it coming...it is officially the most boring and brutal time of your life. It doesn't get any worse than this. On a funnier note, the other night I was walking to the pizza place and some drunk guy hanging out of his window yelled for me to come upstairs and party with him. Theres not much to say other than IM HOME!! ITS BREAK and schools over...thank god! It's so nice to be home...I went shopping for food yesterday and I was able to get all the things I wanted. It was so sweet...I got ice cream and doritos and stuff (all junk lol). I can't wait to go to the bahamas next Thursday!!!! It's gonna be sooooo awesome. I will be as far away as possible from the stupid snow...I've had enough of it for one winter! I made brownies today and they are really fudgy and good. Last night my parents had a dinner party at our house and some family friends came over and my dad cooked!!! He is the best cook in the whole world. I swear he could host a cooking show or something because he is amazing. So yeah we had salmon and potatoes with this cool sauce and vegetables. It was amazing, I felt like I was in a five star restaurant. Haha good story...I'm sure you all really cared. I slept in yesterday until like noon and it was so nice. I miss my bed soo much when I'm at school. I swear I have the best bed in the world. My mom made it for me when I got in and I got into bed and I was like...WOW I can't believe what I have been missing!! And TV too...haha TV is something that I can't really live without. I'm surprised I've lasted this long... Well the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is on so I'm gonna eat a brownie sundae and watch. So anyway, the end of the summer was alright. Reading was fun (not). It took me 2 weeks to read the first 1/2 of my history book...yay for Founding Brothers!! Love that sarcasm... Anyway, school is going well. It was so great to see my friends again!! Me and Kaity have moved in completely as of this morning and our room is great!! I have a window seat and our view is nice. And I'm really organized since we just finished moving all our stuff in...let's see how long that lasts. The people in the dorm are awesome too! We have the coolest people and best prefects. It's so weird to be a junior...I can't believe we are upperclassmen (I especially can't believe some poeple in our grade lol). Jeeze, freshman year doesn't seem as long ago as it really is. Well, now that it's 4:30 I better get back to working on my fuckin 4 papers and 2 quizzes...all my classes meet tomorrow! Ahh I'm going to fail. I get caught up in the laziness of the long days and hot weather. Even though I'm working it's so different from school. My dad asked me yesterday if I was sure I wanted to go back to Choate, and I said of course. There are some doubts in my mind though, and I don't know what is going to happen. I hate that about life. You can't even come close to knowing what will happen next. Life is so unpredictable, and everything just seems to slap you in the face, whether it be the right time or not. They say there is a time and place for everything, but at this point I don't know if I believe that. It just seems like things happen at the wrong time and place way too often. And Choate just magnifies that concept by so much. You would think that a life with the most tight schedule would throw you the least curve balls. I beg to differ. Current mood: insignificant. Wow I am playing Ace of Base right now. That's really funny lol...anyway the first session of camp ended and I am so sad that Dylan and Yuya and Casey all left!! They were so adorable and well behaved! I hope we get some good kids to replace them because with Sal and Alex we have enough trouble already. Last night I slept over Jacqui's house with Kiera. It was really fun...we watched Princess Diaries and A Walk to Remember which were both really good. Jacqui got really sick though, and she had to go to the emergency room. But that was at like 2am so Kiera and I didn't know until this morning. I think she is okay though, the doctors didn't think anything was serious. Summer is so relaxing :)...I wish it could be summer forever!! Current mood: mellow.Current music: Don't Turn Around - Ace of Base :). Today was interesting. My co counselors got in trouble for leaving a kid out in the hallway during swim to make an extremely long story short. We all got in trouble about the playground which is totally stupid but whatever. The kids aren't killing each other. Then there was the part of the day where I was chilling with Kurt and he was being a dork and he asked me how I know when someone is in love with me. He is so crazy I love that kid (in a friendly way). Then Brandon came up to me (my other co counselor) and he was like..."So you and Louie?" and I was like uh oh...I totally saw it coming though. I guess I have been kind of flirtatious, but I can't help it!! He is so much fun to flirt with. I don't know if he likes me or not because there is someone who does according to Brandon. Brandon is like the gossip king...he knows all the inside info. It's kind of handy having him as my co counselor. But anyway, so when he said that awhile ago I thought it was Louie but then today he siad that Louie hasn't said anything about me. I don't know what to think. Then the funny part of the day was at lunch when I was chilling with Kurt and JJ, and for almost a half an hour we talked about my obvious involvement in the mafia haha. It was hilarious. They now call me Mafia Princess Liz. Pretty crazy. I'm such a ditz today I don't know why. Whatever.
